Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–4 business days for processing before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

After processing, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
• European Union: 3–6 business days
• International (including the United States): 3–6 business days

Please note that these delivery windows are estimates provided by our couriers. Orders may occasionally arrive sooner or take slightly longer, depending on factors such as customs clearance, seasonal demand, or courier capacity.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not currently accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair products once an order has been processed or delivered.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
